All sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

Turnaround Timeline:

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks of production time before your order ships. Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are available via email or DM. Please allow 2-3 weeks of production time. Custom orders will be shipped once payment has been received. 

Drops:

All pieces purchased from a drop will be shipped within a week of the drop date. 

Shipping:

All orders are shipped using USPS. They will be packaged and sent in the order that they are received. Please be patient as most pieces are made to order.

As soon as packages are in possession of USPS, Rural Route 3 Jewelry Co. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Sizing:

All pieces are unique and hand-strung at RR3. Due to some designs, not all lengths for some pieces are exact. This may cause some variation in the length of the pieces, however they will be as close as possible to the length that was ordered.
